- It is allowed to enter films that have been published online before submitting;
- It is allowed to enter any number of films in any nominations, but one film can be submitted to only one nomination;
- Submitting your films does not guarantee screening or acceptance. A notification of acceptance will be sent to you;
- The film must be an original production and must have full clearance for all content, including music. Any issues that may arise due to the infringement of copyrights is the participant’s responsibility. The CINEMO is not responsible for any infringement of copyrights;
- Promoting religious, racial, national discrimination; content containing uncensored expressions, violence and pornographic material is prohibited;
- If there is any doubt about the filming of the film on a mobile phone, videos, screens, behind-the-scenes materials, etc. taken on the mobile phone may be required;
- All films have to be submitted via FilmFreeway.com till 31 October 23:59. We do not accept direct email submissions.
