RULES & TERMS

  • It is allowed to enter films that have been published online before submitting;
  • It is allowed to enter any number of films in any nominations;
  • Submitting your films does not guarantee screening or acceptance. A notification of acceptance will be sent to you;
  • The film must be an original production and must have full clearance for all content, including music. Any issues that may arise due to the infringement of copyrights is the participant’s responsibility. The CINEMO is not responsible for any infringement of copyrights;
  • If there is any doubt about the filming of the film on a mobile phone, videos, screens, behind-the-scenes materials, etc. taken on the mobile phone may be required;
  • All films have to be submitted via FilmFreeway.com. We do not accept direct email submissions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The submitted film must be shot in a mobile phone;
  • Use of additional equipment (professional or home made) is allowed, including (but not limited to) external microphone, lenses, lighting, tripod etc.
  • Any mobile app or computer software to edit video and audio as well as colour correction or special effects is allowed.
  • Foreign filmmakers are welcome in any language, but the submitted film in a language other than English must have English subtitles.

  • Producer – founder of Yen movies and Janta cinema. Distributor of more than 100 films. Committee member of the biggest producer body of Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association and the Film Federation of India.

  • Visual designer/Academican – Lecturer of Marmara University. Served as a jury member at the 4th International GoldenHorn Film Festival, the 2nd Berlin Dance Film Festival and the 4th Eichsfelder Filmfestival.

    Hatice Öksüz (Türkiye)

  • Film director, screenwriter – he received Bangladesh National Film Awards in 2014. His films have been screened at 65 international film festivals in 22 countries and has earned 24 international awards. He served as a jury member of many international film festivals.
