• It is allowed to enter films that have been published online before submitting;
• It is allowed to enter any number of films in any nominations;
• Submitting your films does not guarantee screening or acceptance. A notification of acceptance will be sent to you;
• The film must be an original production and must have full clearance for all content, including music. Any issues that may arise due to the infringement of copyrights is the participant’s responsibility. The CINEMO is not responsible for any infringement of copyrights;
• If there is any doubt about the filming of the film on a mobile phone, videos, screens, behind-the-scenes materials, etc. taken on the mobile phone may be required;
